Masters of Science in Performance Psychology from the University of Edinburgh. BA in psychology with a second major in philosophy.

Received training in proprioceptive stretching, running biomechanics, kettlebells and other mind/body techniques. Trained in performance profiling and strategic goal setting.

Leads a corporate bootcamp and 1/2 marathon training group. Coaches elementary cross country and track.

Has run numerous half marathons, completed a century ride and 2 marathons.

Enjoys running, hiking, cycling, traveling, yoga, and cooking.

Runs a basketball open gym at the San Mateo Boys and Girls Club.
