HealthFIT Bootcamps

Your HealthFIT Bootcamp trainer comes to your home, office, gym or neighborhood park in Silicon Valley*. HealthFIT Bootcamps are different from traditional bootcamps in that we're not drill sergeants! We will progress you gradually and offer modifications to prevent injury, and we'll include exercises that correct muscle imbalances and improve your posture. It may include any of the following:

  • Strength training (Using dumbbells, stability and medicine balls, xertubes, etc. and any other equipment available.)
  • Flexibility work (Static or active stretches, foam roll muscle release.)
  • Balance and/or neuromuscular training (Using a variety of toys.)
  • Cardiovascular exercise (Emphasis on high intensity intervals.)

Bootcamps last approximately 45 minutes unless you've requested longer sessions for an additional fee.
